Hyperconjugation in organosilicon chemistry

Abstract
The extent of delocalization interactions in organosilicon compounds was investigated by using the projection method of maximum localization. The results confirm that the accuracy of the localized model for organosilicon compounds is lower than that for analogous carbofunctional compounds.
