Abstract

Effectiveness of two 13C-detected NMR methods - two dimensional heterocorrelated experiment and one-dimensional semiselective INEPT specified for mapping the long-range spin-spin interactions nJ(C,H) was investigated with dehydroaltenusin (I), a secondary metabolite of Alternaria tenuis and Talaromyces flavus moulds.
