Abstract
Es wird die Synthese von 7-Alkyltheophyllin-8-carbaldehyd-diethylacetalen VIII-XI und 7-Alkyltheophyllin-8-carbaldehyden XIV-XVII durch Alkylierungsreaktion des Natrium-Salzes des Theophyllin-8-carbaldehyd-diethylacetals (V) oder des Natrium-Salzes des Theophyllin-8-carbaldehyds (XIII) beschrieben. Das benötigte Theophyllin-8-carbaldehyd-diethylacetal wurde entweder mittels der Traube-Synthese aus 4,5-Diamino-1,3-dimethyluracil (VI) oder durch Dehydratationscyclisierung von 4-(2-Diethoxyethylamino)-1,3-dimethyl-5-nitrosouracil (III) erhalten. Das Theophyllin-8-carbaldehyd (XII) wurde durch Hydrolyse des Diethylacetales IV hergestellt.
